Help setup router as a repeater

Hi, I just bought new router TP-LINK TL-WR845N and i would like to setup it to be repeater. I followed some youtube steps which including turn on the bridge mode and turn off DHCP. After rebooting there is new wifi network but i cannot connect, and when i connect it with lan cable with my laptop it is ok. Help me please ! Thanks

Just don't use the wan port and disable dhcp.

My router (repeater) is connected just to the power source. How do you mean, don't use wan port ?

You need to plug it into the ethernet port as well.

 But where, I dont have anything close haha. Why shoud i use it like a repeater if it have to be connected to ethernet ?!
