Vintage socket 604 motherboard will not start

So, i found myself an old socket 604 mobo, Asus pc-dl deluxe.

After plugging in the board the led's light up and it seems ready to go, but when i hit the power nothing happens.

Ive read around and found out that there is a protection on the AGP pro slot, if you plug a 3.3v card in a red led will light up and the system will not start.

The problem is no matter what card i put in it the red led is still on, even if the slot is empty its still lit.

I know this is probably a longshot to ask for any help for this old thing, but here goes :)

Something wrong with your connection ?

Run the damn cable :)
