Question about virtualizing my machine

I have a friend that doesn't have a very powerful computer and I wanted to use virtualization to split my hardware and use something like Teamviewer so he could use my computer. I know it's not very practical, but he wouldn't be doing anything like extremely taxing like gaming, just using music design programs. I'm not even sure if it's possible but if it is I don't have any idea how to do it.

Bro.......like get a new CPU you can't have a 1080 and not have at least one of the new i5s. As for virtualizations if you have two mintors, technically yes, using team viewer I belive he could use one of your moinitors.

It's possible. But chances are it'll run probably just as bad, if not worse, than his local machine. You're basically streaming your screen and receiving inputs over the internet. It's not your machine that'll be the issue, it'll either your internet connection or your friend's internet connection.

Install Hyper-v, install Windows on a VM for him and use remote desktop. Only give him 2 processors and enough RAM to get the job done.

This will be very slow. It will be basically unusable. Id suggset just getting cheap laptop or desktop.
