Why not get an RX 460?  It performs better, and a few of them may even be cheaper than the R7 360 you picked out.

I highly suggest not using most PSUs included with budget cases, it will catch fire at some point.

Your $30 you've saved isn't worth your Life/house.

No at that price tag you should do what Level1 tech suggests and go hunting for garbage, trying to find a core2quad or really old i5 rig and drop a 1050ti on it.

so. i have a quadcore celeron that has faster single threaded than that, and i can *BARELY* manage 40FPS in some games like rocket league (which is made to run on a potato) and others are just slideshow.

 

how many bubbles am i going to have to burst here to tell you that there is no magical way to make something that's both cheap and high performance.
