Will this Laptop Run Oblivion?

Basically - friend got his laptop for Christmas, it's nothing gaming-orientated but he wondered if it would be able to play Oblivion. It's the Lenovo B50-50 -- basic specs are down below.

 

Intel Core i3 (5th Gen) 5005U / 2 GHz / 3 MB Cache

 

Intel HD Graphics 5500

 

4 GB DDR3L

 

128 GB SSD

A) Laptop's cannot physically run.

Heck my laptop with same specs and can run CS GO, Rocket League just fine
