maybe but you think that it will be ok to buy a new mobo

The ZEN boards are supposed to be much cheaper, and they the socket will last many years. I think you should save for a $200 ZEN Mobo/CPU combo.

For 100 USD you're not gonna get a worthwhile CPU upgrade. You need at least 160-ish USD to get that hyperthreading Pentium, a decent motherboard and RAM. As for second, there is not much more compelling stuff out there.

As for GPU upgrade, for 100 USD new you're not getting anything useful. Go second hand and get a 280X and experience a bit of bottlenecking, but overall better FPS

EDIT: I mentioned it in my next post, but I can't recommend an R9 280X on that PSU.

Pick up an r9 380 on ebay. They go for around $90-$100.

All these cards you guys are suggesting will require a PSU upgrade. And im sure your PSU is an offbrand considering you only have the wattage rating. A new, good quality 550 watt PSU will be at least 70 USD.

I would suggest saving up a few hundred and just buy a new build all together.

I would assume either upgrade would require a PSU upgrade.

What do you plan on playing? I'd almost recommend a 750Ti and a PSU. You said Czech, so I'm not sure on pricing, but theres an electronics store near me where you can get a 750Ti and a 500watt Thermaltake for about 100+ish bucks. The budget doesn't leave much flexibility.

I suggest

GPU: https://www.amazon.com/XFX-RX-460P2SFG5-Radeon-DisplayPort-PCI-Express/dp/B01JGQU8WI/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1485356665&sr=8-2&keywords=rx+460

CPU: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0106RDI3W/ref=twister_B01LXKQ07C

If you have Amazon prime, it will be 180 USD. Not that bad, and you get a really good quality PSU that will last you many years. You can get a cheaper Seasonic one if you like.

Oh forgot to mention, don't get an R9 280X with that PSU.

That CPU motherboard combo I mentioned isn't gonna get you a great gaming experience though. I think this is a case where an entirely new PC would be better,  because any upgrade is just a very temporary upgrade.

This isn't a CPU xD

And btw, a GTX 1050 and a slightly worse PSU would be much better IMO...

I would say the extra $20 over budget is worth while.

For $10 more the GTX 1050 is definitely worth it though, as it is quite a bit faster than the RX 460....
