maybe but you think that it will be ok to buy a new mobo

The ZEN boards are supposed to be much cheaper, and they the socket will last many years. I think you should save for a $200 ZEN Mobo/CPU combo.

hi Thomas Gameris,

the biggest issue you're going to face before you do any upgrade is that power supply that you have. 350w is really the basic bare requirements for an "office" style PC. they are not rated and tend not to have the necessary power and connections for a discreet GPU setup. Any GPU you are looking to buy now, will likely have to be powered off the PCI-E lane, which does limit the performance and hardware you can run.

the max GPU i can find that'll work in this case is a 1050ti. For CS:GO, it'll be fine.

well then i will have to wait for the later ones

No. I suggest you do what I proposed earlier, then save another $200. That will give you a verry capable gamming machine that will last a few years and will have great upgradability.

Otherwise I can't immagine an upgrade would be worth it. How often would you game on this computer?

Iits your choice, but I will always push a dGPU. For 160usd, there isn't much you can do anyways.

If you get a GPU and PSU now, you will not have to worry about your computer catching fire (BAD PSUs are fire hazzards) and you get to play games NOW. Then you can save a little on a non GPU ZEN chip and get it sooner than one with a GPU. It makes alot of sense. Plus you will have the PSU headroom for a future GPU upgrade and the Motherboard for a future CPU upgrade.

I already told you. You need to save up more money and get a new GPU and PSU. Then wait for zen and buy a new zen CPU and MOBO when you get the money.
