Forgot to add pictures.

Looks great! And for being pretty new with very reasonable miles on it, it will hopefully last a while!

Hahaha, kind of sorta. No interest or anything, just got to pay them back less then half the cars worth over a year or two. Sounds more then fair to me.

Ah that sucks man, wish you the best.

YYEEAAAAHHHHHHH!!!!!

I really do to, cars aren't cheap and repairs are costly... I will try to be responsible when driving it. Hopefully it will last me through college without much troubles.

My old Volvo lasted 20 years and 236K miles before it started spewing oil. Not that it didn't actually die on me, though it probably wasn't far off. I'm pretty sure the transmission fluid is also original too (though by no means does that mean one should neglect an automatic transmission).

your probably thinking of the people that install ten 20' subs that rattle the doors off. that's not the sub i'd recommend and not what i have installed in my car. they do not ruin cars unless you are shit at handy work and install it like an oaf, or just simply dont listen to music. older cars especially sound systems aren't generally that great for certain music.

Well the car is valued probably around 10.5k-11k. My dad got it from a co-worker who sold it to him for a more then fair price. But for a first car, this was completely unexpected. If you look in the pictures, that 1997 Jeep Grand Cherokee is what I was driving, but my parents didn't like it because the ABS breaks were not working.

Yes, I have been told by many people that I do not know how lucky I am. I am super pumped right now! I drove it around all day today, for every little reason I could.

Thanks! Yes I hope it will last me through college and until I can get a decent paying job.

I pray my car will be a tank like your Volvo, that would be a God send. Cars are not cheap. Lol. And I highly doubt an opportunity like this will happen again in my life time. I honestly I am just lucky to have a father who has such a high paying job that he has the money to buy this car off with cash. I'll try to be responsible with the vehicle.
