How long do you sleep?

How much sleep do you get?( number of hours) Now come on we all know the 8 hour thing is BS. So yea do you go to school or have a job or what do you do and how much do you sleep? Monday-Friday mainly but weekends too if you want. Also do you find that you're often tired or do you feel just fine?

When I still went to school, 7 hours usually. These days my work doesn't require me to wake up early in the morning so I get to sleep 8-9 hours lol

I have to wake up at 6.00 AM due to bus leaving to high school at 7.25 AM (next one leaves at 10.00 AM and then I'm late) and go to sleep at midnight. It's about 4 to 6 hours at weekdays, but it's been only about 1,5 to 5 hours lately (leads to almost falling to sleep in long lessons about boring stuff)...

 

On weekends I mostly sleep from 10 to 14 hours.

Indeed it is BS. It's better to sleep in 90 min cycles like 7,5 hours or 9 hours as opposed to 8.

I can only sleep like 8-9hr. My body won't let me sleep any longer than that.

about 8 hours. I choose not to sleep longer and I go to bed at a certain time to make sure I get 8. I don't know the science behind how much sleep a person should get but for me anything less then 8 doesn't cut it and anything more makes me feel sluggish the whole day.

yea same i have to wake up at 5:30 AM and the bus leaves at 6:10 AM, then like 45 boring minutes of standing in the bus all cramped up with a sh*t ton of other people

I like to be in bed by 10pm so i can be up at 7am buttttttttt that never happens. actually it will happen today with the change in time for DLS.
