Best college/travel laptop under €1.000

Sup folks,

I'm looking for a good productivity laptop for college and travel. I'm looking for the following things:
15" maximum screen size
LED backlit keyboard
Windows 10 OS

1080p or greater (preferably) screen resolution
Thin

Light

Preferably aluminium or other metal finish

It doesn't need to be extremely powerful, I just want it to be good for watching films on the go, basic photo and video editing, writing Word documents and basic web browsing such as YouTube, Amazon etc.. Thin- and lightness is also important, as I travel a lot and want to be able to take it with me everywhere.
SSD would be nice too, but I think most laptops at this pricepoint have one nowadays.

Thanks in advance!

Regards,

TJ

Check out the Razer Blade stealth - it has everything you are asking for

75% of what I say is sarcastic

So is the rest probably

'Productivity' laptops usually mean professional grade stuff with lots of IO, servicability and expandability. What you're describing there sounds like an ultraportable.

I'd say take a look at the XPS 13? In the future you could benefit from the thunderbolt 3 port and I think it looks way nicer then the Razer Blade Stealth.

Laptops: Acer VN7-592G (I5-6300HQ, 960m), Lenovo P43s

Phones: LG V30, Samsung S10

Speakers: 2 ALR Jordan 3M's (120W each)

Amplifier: SMSL SA-98E

Headphones: Sony WH-1000XM3, Sennheiser Momentum

The XPS 13 unfortunately costs anywhere between 1.500 and 1.800 where I live.

I found this Acer E 15 laptop for around 680 euros. I personally use the E 13 and it's really good.

TL;DR Kaby Lake i5, 128GB SSD, 1080p 15.6" panel, 8GB of RAM, GTX 950M.

These laptops are reasonable and have great battery life sorry in gdp but I'm sure you can find them on your local site.
