GTX1080 & Quadro K2200

Does using a GTX1080 along with a Quadro K2200 make any difference in video editing and graphics creating with the Adobe Suite?

The computer set up would a be i7-6850K, 64GB DDR4, Samsung 850 Pro. The rest is up in the air as for specific parts. My main question, is would using dual graphic help with any performance or just end up eating up some of the power bill and creating more heat?

There are better SSDs than the 850 Pro. MyDigitalSSD's BPX is an MLC, NVMe drive that outperforms all the competition in its price class. For a bit more, the 950 or 960 Pro are the best you can get.

We have a NEW and GLORIOUSER-ER-ER PSU Tier List Now. (dammit @LukeSavenije stop coming up with new ones)

You can check out the old one that gave joy to so many across the land here

get a 6800k instead and save the extra cash saved on something else. but i'd rather go with an nvme ssd for faster reads/writes.

as for the gpu, i'd go with a 1080, it might perform a little better. and you can do gaming on the side if you go with the 1080.

the only thing that k2200 is going to do for you is output true 10bit colour, but if you don't have a 10bit display there is zero reason for a second card. To my knowledge Adobe suit only uses one card, or similar cards (2x 1080s,or 2x k2200) i think.
