How Would I Start Overclocking My AMD X4 640

-6gb of ram mixed brand

-r9 290 tri-x oc overclocked

-750watt psu

Get a new chip, its pretty crap these days, but for the oc

 

 

Crank up the bus speed. If you want it stable past about 10%, you have to reduce the multiplers for the ram speed, nothbride and other parts so they don't go out of spec. You can probably get the bus to about 250MHZ for 200MHZ
