Modem Help

Hi, Ive been looking to get a new modem because I am currently renting my modem. I would like to get one that does not include a built in router, and I need one that has phone capability because I get phone through cable. Any suggestions? If there are none that meet those requirements, is there a separate device I can buy to receive phone through cable? Thank you!
