I'm not going to pretend to know the circumstances in your case, I don't know the scholarship she received (whether it was created by a donator or what) or the requirements set for that scholarship. With that being said, I highly doubt that it was institutional anti-white racism.

I would disagree with being THAT stringent.
There are a variety of relevant factors that would come into play.
Such as supporting a child, a family, living expenses in the state, etc.
I don't care about the rest of the world, i've seen the rest of the world, i know what you mean though since i also lived through worse.
But i learned early on that nothing gets better when you grow content and keep looking at the man with no shoes, who looks at the man with no socks, who looks at the man with no feet, who looks at the man with no legs, who looks at the man with no life. (Old expression) Basically, despite how good being poor in America is compared to other places, that doesn't mean we can't still do better.

"That doesn't mean we can't still do better" If you're saying that in the context of amassing individual liberties to assist those who are in need, then I agree 100%. If you are saying the government will take care of the poor, then I 100% disagree.

 

I understand there are fucked up situations, but ultimately, especially in this country, there is a lot of things people can do to help themselves. That is all that I want to stress. If you come to church with me and truly need help then I'll giver you a grand and let you come sit with my family at the dinner table, no questions asked. 

 

The problem is entitlement. There is no other nation on earth where the feeling of, "I'm entitled to what you have" is any more prevalent.

It's important to understand that the CIA, like other foreign intelligence agencies, has a vast network of double agents (AKA spies) working around the world. It's highly likely the US has agents on the inside of RUS intelligence agencies that used real world detective work (e.g. tracking/tapping people) in combination with digital forensics to piece together enough circumstantial evidence to warrant a public attribution. This is likely why the CIA and the FBI differed on attribution. The FBI operates based on empirical facts to prosecute, while the CIA is alright with circumstantial evidence and well established theoretical intent.

 

Sure, there was no clear digital footprint, but that's way too high of a bar to set for attribution and subsequent retaliation in these type of advanced cyber attacks. I think the nature of the response was very inline with previous US responses to state sponsored cyber attacks. Very similar actions were taken against China in 2015 in response to the theft of the personal information of more than 20 million Americans from the databases of the Office of Personnel Management.

The first one is what i'm saying, we can make this benefit everyone no matter what economic class they are in and uplift everyone at the same time.
(Ex. More jobs, investing in infrastructure, and more room for innovation)

It's about communicating more with the least effort. In Texas, the actual words don't really matter, its a context high society.

 

After a while, you really appreciate how efficiently humans can communicate. It's beautiful

That's preciously my point. Have you noticed how no one has any sympathy for poor white people? People **very rarely** consider the poor white family just barely making it, following all the rules and struggling their asses off. They just don't exist in politics. It's all about boosting minorities and ignoring the majority. A truly inclusive system will not see color. Just like job and college applications, apparently don't care about race and ethnicity. Yet, they still ask for it?

 

Why is that after the civil rights act of 1964 employers can still ask about race/ethnicity?
