Cant connect to wifi

Hey guys I just got my pc running but I cannot connect to the wifi I installed the drivers for he mother Bord but it still wont connect or even show the option for wifi, How do I fix this? (my mohter bordhttps://pcpartpicker.com/product/6Q648d/msi-motherboard-b150mprovdh)

You need a wifi card to use wifi, that motherboard doesn't have onboard wifi support.
