A contstand ich to upgrade

Maybe I'm just crazy but is it just me or does anyone else have a constant ich to upgrade? I don't buy many parts new because I'm a student and don't have the money for that. Sometimes I have to stop and think "do I really need to upgrade" like I can play most games and I'm not (really) limited by my hardware but I'm always finding new things and better than what I have. Maybe I'm just insane but it's like a trap, and just making it clear I stop myself most times from spending a lot of money. I'm not dumb but just have these crazy thoughts. Anyway talk about it below if I'm crazy or you have the same feelings

I just upgraded from LGA 1150 with an i5 4590, 16gb of RAM, and all mechanical storage to X99 with a 5820k, 32gb of RAM, and all solid state storage.

My old PC accomplished everything I needed it to, but why the hell not. Sold off a bunch of useless shit I had lying around to afford the upgrade.

Was it the best idea? No, of course not.

But damn, this thing is fast af

I upgrade if I see a good deal. I saw a good deal on a ek water cooling kit on massdrop and bought it. My cpu does not even need water cooling it is an amd fx 6300. I later decided to upgrade my case because I wanted to build my system again.

I Guess but a 1060 and a 1080p moinitor would of been a nice upgrade overall and seen more imporvement but if you 100% knew it was a few months i guess so But cards only get cheaper so i would of waitied till i had a reason with the 1070 also only would save money.

Imo with 1070 id try to go 1440p
