CPU for Titan X (Pascal) SLI?

Will an i7 6700k and Samsung 950 PRO bottleneck the two Titan's X? I'm sorry for this question, but I am confused and don'tt know if it will be a good buy. What is better? 6700k or maybe I must go with 6950x?

What are you using the system for? For gaming a 6700k will be fine.

 

p.s. Titan XP SLI and good buy don't belong in the same sentence

For gaming, and most other applications, no. If you're doing something with a heavily threaded CPU process that feeds the GPUs, potentially, but that's a very uncommon edge case

If you're planning to game with it, go for an i7 6700k, it's the best performing CPU in terms of single threaded performance (Which is what the majority of games rely on) as of right now.

 

Or if it ends up being a while, I believe the i7 7700k is the kaby lake equivalent, which should perform even better.

at least a 5820k or a 6900k if you can afford it get a 6950x

If you are buying two Titan XPs, you should be able to fit at least a 6900K in the budget, and preferably a 6950X.

What resolution will you be playing? An i5 or i7 mainstream will be sufficient at 2160 or 1440 for gaming.

Wait for the 1080 Ti. Two Titan XPs does not sound like a good purchase.

 

A 6700k is the best possible chip for gaming, although it is soon to be succeeded by the 7700k. If you need more horsepower for video editing and rendering or development, then I'd recommend a six-core Core i7 6800k, but the gains obtained are definitely less than the increase in price.

I'd get a 7700k in January along with two 1080Ti if it were me, or any of the 6800k-6950X chips on X99.
