I was looking for a CPU for building a second PC, and stumbled upon an i3 4160 for 35USD. I Just want to check before making the purchase final. This is a great deal right? (CPU will be paired with an RX470)

Yeah, make sure there's no scam or idiot selling the wrong CPU.

Yup, it is indeed a good price for it.

Well the guy suggested we meet at a Costco nearby, so I doubt there will be a way to test if the CPU is working or not. do you think that the picture he sent is good enough for me to go off of and buy the CPU??
