Unigine Valley Benchmark Scores Thread + SUPERPOSITION ***Over 1000 Submissions!***

Jumper118

They are, 1228/1590-5.3Ghz CPU Though I can now run my cards at 1280/1590 but I'm not willing to do everything I did for that run again.

I have to run mine at ~1300MHz(Core) to get 3200.

Try clearing out your background processes, that's one of the things I did when I did my hero run.

There is some evil Apple software running. I'll go kill that. (With a gigantic hammer)

2500k @ 4.8 ghz (just for benchmarking)

2x Evga sc 970 at +30 on the core (1354 mhz) and +200 on the memory ( 7405 mhz ) 1851

I can't get a higher stable core overclock while running the benchmark, but in games it's fine. :/  Temps never went over 67c for either card. and CPU stayed under 71c

1343MHz Core

1602MHz Memory

3570K @ 4.2GHz

More clock, memory, power just results in crashes or worse scores.

I found the sweet spot. Can't go any further.

Why is that running in a windows media player window? With a black box over the play button at the bottom.

Also, the two clock speeds conflict.

I smell bullshit!

because i used shadowplay to capture a 3 second video of Valley, then used that to take a screenshot. My dual monitor setup doesn't want to directly take a snapshot of the program in fullscreen for some reason. I wouldn't fraud a score lol.

I think F12 is the default screenshot key for valley. screenshots will end up in users/<your username>/documents/valley/screenshots... or something like that.

I know, i kind of didn't want to post it, but i figure it's because of my CPU, and the fact that my 970s HATE overclocking in this benchmark.

After a few drivers i'll test them again.

oh, ok. Well, it's not like it's a 7k score or something. It's legit. Heck it should be higher :(

Its not your CPU overclock your GPU's core then the memory to get a higher overclock on the cores. Also don't forget the bump the TDP and voltage if you want to get the most out of it.

Probably. My Voltage was at stock. I don't like touching voltages, but i might mess around with it later, then repost.

I'm too afraid to unlock the TPD with a Nflash bios though. The extra 38mv, and 110% power will have to do.

nvidia voltages have a safety ceiling (hard-lock), so increasing them a little isn't something to worry about that much. temperatures are the big deal for long term degradation.

Don't worrie about flashing an unlocked BIOS for now, open GPU-Z when overclocking and monitor it(if you have a second screen) if you see if hit the 110% TDP and the clock speeds drop then your hitting the TDP wall, I know my 770's have a TDP of 112.6% stock and the BIOS I run on them 100% is 300W and it runs at 90% of that when gaming.

Messing around with my new setup, very happy i made the switch. These 900 series are beast overclockers, going back to try and push it further.

Nice score, what did your temps hit? I was thinking of getting 970's for SLI.

Around 60C highest was 62. Wish I could SLI but a single card is still beast.
