good stuff right there!

I think I am going to settle at hitting 3600 and be happy, maybe try beating the highest 980."3638"

I more of a bencher when I get new hardware and then go back to gaming, not sure if I'll do some extreme air cooling like you. but god damn that is a freakish score for being on air! grats man :)

If only I could of beat VSG, I'd then have the fastest 970 SLI, fastest 780 SLI, and fastest 780 TI on here xD

I'll be getting a 980 TI Classified soon then I will have the fastest 980 TI on here as well :D but I need to find a 4770k to pick up.

I been trying to buy one for a few days and no luck, can't find one anywhere.  ( Already owned a 4790k and benched it on hwbot, I want a 4770k now to get more points on hwbot)

that's awesome

you know what I am sure it could do it . My 780 is a great overclocker and the mem chips are good up to 8000.

do some cooling mods to it ,these classy's start to act weird after about 75c

I think during winter I could keep it to around 58-65C thats when I'll take the thread with a iron fist.

It's strange because my 780 TI classified & all of them have Hynix from what i've seen, and it's all doing 7900-8100 mhz, yet the hynix on my 970's could barely do 7500-7600.

I agree , just got my 780ti classy and my hynix will do 8000hmz

now about your 780ti classy how the "F" did you get that valley score ? I am having a hard time breaking 3600 on air.

They probably bin that stuff, most of the stuff sold on other cards, even the G1 Gaming, generally doesn't do that great... :(

Well I think the Xeon is being pushed a bit by my 970 now... I had to run like 10 different times adding more MHz to the memory and was scoring lower than one, or the same, then finally got this and I think I am done with a bit... Pretty fucking impressive that it is 3rd fastest on Valley now with a Xeon at stock clocks... Imagine if I had a i7 4790k at like 4.5 or 4.6GHz... Damn.

@Jumper118 a friend of mine is about to upload some screenshots of his 980 TI benchmarks.

Not sure if he did everything properly, but he was in TS with me when he was doing the benchmarks, so it should all be legit.

That doesn't surprise me-people who say Gigabyte's coolers are quiet are either deaf or reviewers who had the old bait and switch practiced on them. Around 55-60% fan speed its the loudest part of my system by far-and the stock CM fan on my Seidon 120V isn't any where near quiet.

Yeah, the blower's not too bad. I've gotten used to it. Still putting it under water when EVGA hybrid kits are available. :)
