Yeah....I backed off the overclock to 450MHz and things are fine-though it still can't run valley on the lowest settings-DX9 or OpenGL.

Not sure why it's not showing the correct clock speed for the CPU ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

@Jumper118, got the nvidia control panel to read my 900p monitor as 1080p. And it actually made everything sharper without interpolation. :D May do benching on 650ti a little later as it's in my main rig under my 970... I think I might as well leave it in for folding... Instead of letting the card sit in an anti-static bag in one of my desks doing nothing.

Well, got the card to 1202MHz on the core. Think that's all it will do, don't feel like doing more benching right now. It actually sags a little for being as long as the pcie slot, while my ftw+ has no sag whatsoever.

For some reason the little render thing in gpu-z only would work on my 970 even if I was selected on my 650ti... wtf. Eh, oh well.

Hmmm, if only I had better VRM and vRAM cooling on my Rev 2.0 650 ti Windforce, then I'd probably get a bit closer.

Only now you both need to try and catch my stupid OC'd 650ti Boost as that had no VRM or vRAM heatsink contact at all :P

I can literally only go to +150MHz stable (or 1183MHz). I'm still not sure if its because of the single 6 pin connector, overheating VRM/vRAM or the inability to adjust the TDP target.

650ti boosts are quite a bit faster... :/ Maybe Dabobminable can let me borrow his for SL-oh wait, no SLI support.

Both of my EVGA cards don't like warm temps... My 650ti artifacts after 61C, and my 970 FTW+ just straight up dies after 56C...

Don't think it is the 6pin. Have you ever seen how tiny the die is for the card? It's adorable. :P

*sigh* well temps might be an issue, though the fans don't even ramp up past 36% when overclocking because the cooler is just that good. Though it barely manages to hit 50oC when the fans are at 100%. And I've given up on my 970 since it needs -50MHz on the core to actually run at factory speeds (fuck Gigabyte and their G1 Gaming) and +50mv on the core to prevent the card from destabilizing.

And I haven't actually done anything apart from folding with my 650 ti in a really long time-so I've forgotten its last score. (BTW, you obviously haven't seen a Geforce 6200 die, or the die you'd swear is identical if it wasn't for the markings-aka the Quadro NVS 110M).

My 650ti Boost only has a single 6-pin but its core is running at 1319MHz when overclocked, and the memory at 1700MHz. But its also got a modded BIOS with 1.25v for it with OCP/OVP disabled.

Hmmm, I might just start looking at Kepler bios modding, because I know I've got a shitload of thermal headroom with my GTX 650 TI OC 2GB (just below the boost-I would have actually bought the boost version but it takes the fun out of overclocking).

I spent about 1200 Hours on just the BIOS's for my 770's when I had them so I know a thing or 2 about Kepler.
