Depends on how much you want to pay.

 

<50$  Pentium G3250, although you can get a G3258 with OC support for 15$ more

 

50-100$  FX-6200, although you should wait for Zen.

 

100-150$  Core i3 6100

 

I'm lazy to do the rest

Athlon X2 for only 27.31$   Best part lists at different price points   Windows 1.01 running natively on an Eee PC
