low profile pcie extension

So you know how most gpus now take up 2 slots? Yeah... I need the second slot...

due to the layout of my pc, the gpu will only fit in the first slot, so it covers up the second one. I'd like to be able to fit a small 10gb ethernet card in there, but there's no where to plug it in. Is there a pcie extension cable out there with a low enough profile to be able to plug in under the gpu and wrap around it?

So you want something like this

Image result for right angled pcie ribbon

But one end is a right angle so that it fits behind the gpu cooler?
