Never mind, I figured it out, it wasn't plugged into that wierd adapter thingy.

I don't know why, but my primary monitor is not working. It seems like no power is going to it, and it won't turn on, nothing. What is the problem (I had this monitor for 4 months.

Man, I hate when stuff like this happens. You think you killed some hardware, but turns out it wasn't plugged in. We've all been there.
