forza 6 apex not letting me install

windows 10 store is not letting me install the game forza 6 apex when i click "get" it comes up with another window saying this:

Forza Motorsport 6: Apex

$0.00

Subject to the Microsoft Services Agreement.

 

below that it has a "cancel" and a "get" but the "get" is greyed out stopping me from installing the game i have a gtx 780 3gb, an i5 2400, 8gbs ram and 80gbs of available storage what am i doing wrong?

i use gmail to sign into windows if thats what you mean

You were right my account wasn't old enough so it would not let me install the game
