Better search options to find my own posts/replies?

I have some really thought out and well written replies on many posts, recently I found myself frustrated trying to find a really great reply explaining upload and download speeds I did a while back to explain to someone else; but with the current search tools I found the task impossible for an active user like me. The best I can do is search for a keyword in a specific sub-forum, but searching for my name will not bring up the thread, my only other option is look through my posts one by one, page after page. And with months being the time frame and hundreds of posts, it would take me forever.

 

Is there some way we can search our own topics and posts, then sort by category too at least? Or possible add a way to "star" a reply/post for future reference?

I know, thats just a collection of every post and reply , sorted into pages, with no search options at all. How am I going to find 1 specific reply from a specific category when I've made hundreds of replies and dozens of pages since when I have no ability to refine my search?

Search has option to filter by author. Just use your own nick and any search term you like.
