Most Battery Efficient, But Expandable Android Launcher

Through experience, what is the most Battery efficient yet customizable and expendable launcher compared to Androids touchwiz default launcher. I am aware that TouchWiz is disliked by many and judged as too "battery hungry." I'm looking for alternative launcher that gives the user as much/more freedom as touchwiz along with customization without the battery cost.

Nova probably its like a tweakble stock skin

Im loving Nova launcher, haven't seen any adverse affects on battery life since using it.
