Thats an extremely limiting rule. 99% of laptops have webcams. Its pretty much a standard feature.

Webcams are easy to remove, and if it's really an issue then a black peice of tape will work. People need to calm down about webcams, believe it or not the government has no interest in looking through your webcam, even if they could.

Before you buy amp and dac.  My thoughts on the M50x  Ultimate Ears Reference monitor review I might have a thing for audio...

I got one a while ago for Christmas, a refurbished one with a broken joystick the fingerprint sensor doesn't work on Win10. Also why I was so anxious to get a different laptop in my topic I posted a little while ago. It is heavy and chunky, but it works. I do not know of many other laptops that are even this decent without a webcam and somewhat cheap. At least it has a strong design.
