Z170 UD3 vs Extreme3

I can't decide if I should go for the Z170 UD3 from Gigabyte or the Extreme3 from ASRock. The Z170 is from Gigabyte looks more durable, so I'm leaning towards it, but I've been told that the Extreme3 has more overclocking potential(by a little). Which should I go for? Btw, here's the rest of my list if any of you need to check for compatibility on anything.

A would say spend ~15 dollars more to get the Asus Z170-E. Asus, in my opinion, has one of the best overclocking software on the market. Plus, it can also support memory clocked to 3466 MHZ.
