Seasonic is the best option.

They don't make junk, are very decent but usually a little more expensive than the rest. But if you want quality and don't mind spending a bit more, get that.

I am planning to buy a pc but after getting critics on my corsair vs550 pick I had encountered this psu's, wich one is the best?

 

-Cooler master B600 ver. 2

-Zalman ZM600-TX

-Aerocool Xpredator 650M

-Be Quiet System Power 8 600W

-Sea Sonic S12II-620 Bronze

Unless it's a budget build, all of the PSUs he listed are relatively cheap.
