It's a COM2 header for serial ports.

 

Also, brown PCB and electrolytic capacitor. Ewww :P

nope, front panel header hoes not have the sorrounding plastic around the front panel header on mobo

yes all my ASROCK/asus motherboards have brown pcb. i dont understand why they do it.

i understand why gigabyte uses blue - because they use 2 layer pcb and"urtla durtable"
