Have anyone tried to OC their Display?

I have BenQ RL2755HM is it possible to overclocked?

What are the pros and cons of monitor overclocking?

Well you get higher refresh rate from it, so if you are using V-sync, you would get more fps. If your GPU can handle it.

I don't see any point in "overclocking" monitor from 60Hz to 75Hz ... I did that with mine and there was no difference to me.

Yea you can overclock it. I overclocked mine to 71Hz. You prob won't really notice it but it might help slightly in games like csgo. If you want to just go ahead and try it.

Unsure what power supply to pick?

Check out my HTPC build.

I have an Asus MX259H overclocked to 72 Hz. The difference isn't "in your face" but it is definitely noticeable when there is a lot of motion going on the screen.
I can definitely tell the difference though - for example, in Skyrim, the game physics engine bugs out at FPS beyond 60 so I use a mod to cap it at 58 to prevent it. Sometimes the FPS capper stops working properly and when that happens, I can definitely that it's going beyond 60 FPS with perfect accuracy just by recognizing the unusual fluidity of the motion on screen even before any physics problems start happening.

CPU: Ryzen 9 3900X | Cooler: Noctua NH-D15S | MB: Gigabyte X570 Aorus Elite | RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws V 32GB 3600MHz | GPU: EVGA RTX 3080 FTW3 Ultra | Case: Fractal Design Define R6 Blackout | SSD1: Samsung 840 Pro 256GB | SSD2: Samsung 840 EVO 500GB | HDD1: Seagate Barracuda 2TB | HDD2: Seagate Barracuda 4TB | Monitors: Dell S2716DG + Asus MX259H  | Keyboard: Ducky Shine 5 (Cherry MX Brown) | PSU: Corsair RMx 850W

I did that and there was a pretty noticeable difference. It's well worth it imo. When I drop down to 60fps I can actually tell pretty well.

First build every: Intel Core i7 4790K, Asus Z97-A/USB 3.1 motherboard, Kingston HyperX FURY 1866 2x8 16GB Kit, Gigabyte Windforce GTX 970 G1 Gaming, Corsair Obsidian 450D Black ATX Mid Tower, Samsung 850 EVO 250GB & 3TB Toshiba HDD, EVGA SuperNOVA 750W G2, Corsair H100i GTX 240mm, Gigabyte Bluetooth 4.0/Wifi Card, Logitech G700S. Running on Windows 10

Surface Pro 3: i5 4300U with 8GB of ram and 256GB SSD. Running Windows 10 Pro
