Which motherboard should I get?

I am unsure of which motherboard to get for this build, inputs please? (MSI preferred)

That motherboard is fine, although a i5-6600k would be sufficent for your GTX 1070 for gaming

The corsair LED fans are the only good fans that I know of

how many fans would you recommend me to get? if I were to swap my case fans out

You won't need to swap the front fans out since you cant see them, you could swap out the rear fan and the 2 radiator fans if you're mounting it on the top
