Setting up a bait rig, give me ideas!!

I'm setting up a half decent machine to use as a scam bait rig. I plan to install faulty hardware, use damaged HDD's, under-clocked cpu's and use some custom software to remote execute commands and use remote desktop to connect.

 

Anyone got any suggestions on what else I can do with it? It will be a physical machine so I can do more with it then a VM, and also there will be no evidence that it's a bait rig. Loading it with worms and malware won;t be an issue either as it will be behind a hardware firewall with limited open ports, and my remote desktop connection will be from a virtual machine, so nothing can get into my machine that way, if it's even possible to exploit RD.

Is this for those indian microsoft scam thing? Or are YOU actively going to try to scam people with this?

Tip to those that are new on LTT forum- quote a post so that the person you are quoting gets a notification, otherwise they'll have no idea that you did. You can also use a tag such as @Ryoutarou97 (replace my username with anyone's. You should get a dropdown after you type the "@")to send a notification, but quoting is preferable.

 

Feel free to PM me about absolutely anything be it tech, math, literature, etc. I'll try my best to help. I'm currently looking for a cheap used build for around $25 to set up as a home server if anyone is selling.

 

If you are a native speaker please use proper English if you can. Punctuation, capitalization, and spelling are as important to making your message readable as proper night theme formatting is.

 

My build is fully operational, but won't be posted until after I get a GPU in it and the case arted up.

First one, give them something to really waste time on, possibly give others access to it too with RD. What else is there to do with slightly faulty hardware, apart from scrap it :)

Is this related to that guy who uploaded a cryptolocker on the scammers network? Cos I would love to see more people do that.

Get really expensive looking case, fill it with cement and leave it to street with cams rolling.
