well its not exactly what im paying. i still live with my parents, they pay for 200 megabits which is about 25 megabytes and we only get 7-8 megabytes

No, plugging in multiple cables will not increase your speed. It sounds like a limitation of the modem and or router. What modem and what router do you have?

My cousins and Friends have 200mbps speeds. They had the same issues, once the upgraded the problems were gone.

again he just gets angry and gets in a mood that he has to do it and how hes working a way and if i say ill do it he says no ill do it next week and basically the week comes around and i ask and he the cycle continues
