All adult websites?

It's estimated that 37% of all websites have pornographic content as their main focus, so if you want to block all adult websites you'd literally be doing it forever.

I guess you could start with the same list the Indian government used: http://www.deccanchronicle.com/150803/nation-current-affairs/article/porn-ban-complete-list-857-porn-websites-blocked-india

There are content tags that are generated by this service that you can use to filter out content being sent through your router. It can be circumvented, but not very easily, depending on your implementation.

URLBlacklist. You may need to comb through the 4,484,310 entries and remove non pornographic websites. I'm unsure of the pattern used in the lists to separate domains, but there is one because the list is meant to be used with parental tools.

If they don't have admin access they can't change the DNS servers so using OpenDNS is your best bet to block current and future websites.

You can do that or you can set it on the network interface for the PC. Instead of using the DHCP provided DNS servers you can manually set them.
