NCIX used paypal details with an old address

"We can't change the shipping info on orders thru paypal, if you like we can cancel your order"

Won't tell me what company is shipping it

It is a problem because it's pushing the date of my build back.

I get you. But I've never heard of a shipment being able to change adresses before leaving

 

And for them cancelling and reordering is the same - take the packaging off, relabel it, put it on again

You would think, but apparently it's taken them 2 days to print the shipping label and still haven't found a box with some foam in it.

Just cancel and reorder. Its your only option or cancel and refund and choose a different e-tailer if you dont feel you were getting the results you felt you should get.

Probably going to. What I really don't understand is that they wouldn't tell me which company they were using to ship. Ups? Fedex? USPS?

Because I could call them and have them hold it at a local office and I could pick it up there instead of all this.

could always wait until they ship it and send you the tracking info, then just use the tracking info to reroute/have them keep it at a local store. Done that many times myself with shitty e-tailers like this since they have to give you the shipping info after its shipped. unless you paid for like overnight or 2 day or some shit then it should take a while giving you time to have them hold at a local office.

I'm going to call them and cancel in the morning if I still can. I prefer doing things through amazon. Ncix also tried to shanghai me on shipping insurance and wanted to charge $7 to require a signature upon delivery?

Canceled and re ordered thru NCIX because Amazon was going to charge $30 in tax.

Don't use paypal this time because that was supposedly the problem

Waiting on them to refund my paypal account.

Going through fucking hurdles to set paypal up with bank account so i can transfer the money to my bank account once they

decide to refund me.

 

Place the new order with NCIX and ask if there is a way to expedite the shipping.

"We'll do what we can"

 

Two hours later get an email saying :

" Thank you for choosing NCIXUS.
It seems like the ship-to address you have provided is not currently in the system of your credit card issuing bank.
Please kindly contact your bank and have the address added in file.
Please also notify us once this is done and we will process your order as soon as possible."

 

Keep in mind this wasn't a problem before with the same billing info.

 

I call their support line for the 90th time

"So the billing address doesn't match the one with the bank account."

What address do you have?

"--- -- -- - - - - "

That's the address I am seeing on my bank account and the same as the previous order which went through just fine.

"?"

What do I need to do to make this work?

"Well we will contact your bank to confirm the address and send you an email once that is done."

My bank is closed now

"Then we will do it tomorrow"

NCIX now has very near $1000 of mine tied up and is not sending me the product I ordered.

I'm going to lose my shit

This was through NCIX Canada, mind you - perhaps the US checkout process is different.

 

ALSO, this is the standard checkout with the PayPal payment option selected. PayPal Checkout is totally different. I've never used it, so maybe PayPal Checkout doesn't confirm anything.

 

But yeah... I recall seeing that warning message about shipping since the day NCIX added PayPal support.

Yup, I ordered on the 25th, It's now the 27th, they are refusing to ship this new order because there is some issue with the billing address now and can't potentially resolve that until tomorrow when they can contact the bank.(28th). Shipping only on business days. So won't start shipping until monday the 1st. How many days is that?

Apparently I didn't see it the first time. Paypal was a whole separate thread on what they wanted.

Called Ncix again and it took almost an hour over the phone to get to talk to a manager.

Got him to get the paypal refunded.

Canceled the 2nd order because they weren't going to ship it.

He then tried to set me up to order it a 3rd time.

Threatened him with war to ensure he didn't put that thru
