Arma 3 not opening

What I click the application, it loads up 3 error boxes one after the next each time mentioning PhysX. I've reinstalled the game but it still happens. Thanks!@

Have you tried reinstalling your GPU drivers?

Also right click on the game on Steam and Check Integrity of the game.

Where would I reinstall Intel HD drivers. And the game' not through steam./..
