Posted July 18, 2016 Always get the highest end single GPU over a dual GPU configuration. Simply scaling isn´t optimal on most games CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 5950X PBO GPU: Asus Strix RTX 3090 OC Mobo: Gigabyte X570 Aorus Master RAM: 32GB G.Skill Trident Z RGB 3600Mhz CL17 CPU Cooler: Corsair H150i Capillex Storage: Samsung 980 Pro and 970 Evo 1TB Samsung 860 EVO 1TB Crucial MX300 525GB WD Black 2TB PSU: Corsair HX1000 Case: Corsair 500D SE RGB 6x LL120
 Posted July 18, 2016 Even GTX 1070 is better than 2x RX 480. At least in most cases. So yeah get GTX 1080 if you can afford one. Posted July 18, 2016 SLI/Crossfire is not very good. When I had 2 770s I had SLI disabled 99% of the time because all the games I played either hated it or it just didn't do anything. I ended up just folding 24/7 on one card - i7-2600k @ 4.7GHz - MSI 1070 8GB Gaming X - ASUS Maximus V Formula AC3 Edition - 16GB G.SKILL Ripjaws @ 1600Mhz - Corsair RM1000 - 1TB 7200RPM Seagate HDD + 2TB 7200 HDD + 2x240GB M500 RAID 0 - Corsair 750D - Samsung PX2370 & ASUS ROG SWIFT -
