Short throw projectors are so cool. I used to install them for use with SMART Boards. Some were great (Epson), some sucked HARD (Hitachi). I was always impressed with how little distance they needed to make such a large image, but this one takes the cake. I'd freaking love this.

LG PF1000U seems awsome. I can play on a huge view screen where ever I want.
Even on holidays no need to carry a 31"+ monitor every where.

I have been looking for a good projector for a while now, nothing has really got me interested until this projector.

I think it is a very cool little device that would fit my needs perfectly.

The way the PF100U Projector came to life was mesmerizing. No longer do you need to strife to see a larger, beautifully projected image. All you need now is a simple laptop computer and a wireless connection to enjoy the feeling of a theater play right before your eyes. Just being able to capture a few moments of bliss on the go is all you need, especially when you don't have the luxury of accessing a bigger screen. If I had one of these, I feel I would be both the envy and the enjoyment of all my friends. The way you portrayed it Linus, just sold it to me.

This looks f**cking sick, but sadly i am very poor and do not own a huge tech review channel so i cannot afford or get these nice things,

Also Australian currency is dead and i can't buy any cool things like this in Australia without spending my life savings.

Wow, the combination of quality of build, image and the portability is awesome. Would use this both business and hobby wise. LAN events for both modern PC gaming as well as retro computing would really increase in awesomeness with this projector :D

I would make a hole in my 50s dresser to place it in, electronically expandable screen behind the dresser and boom, James Bond-style home theatre system that would blow the minds of my friends :)

really like the ratio between distance of the screen/wall vs image size, at 4" I cannot imagine a wall in my house not suitable for this little beast :)

I usually dun participate much in give away's, especially not when I need to sign up at yet another place :P but this thingy triggered me :P

This would be very useful to my job as an in house DJ, we have a projector but it has to be mounted 20 feet away to project its 60inch image and we have a very tight budget when it comes the equipment we use.  This would go very nicely on the tressing system that we have set up to project music visualizers onto the floor.  They told me that if I wanted to make any adjustments to the entertainment lights, that I'll have to buy it myself.  They only pay me minimum wage and can barely afford to drive to and from the job, but I love what I do so that make it worth it.  I'm tired of the old light and so are the customers, and this projector seems to fit the exact bill in every single way on what I was looking for.  The only problem is that at any point in time my bank account is under 100 and I have to pay for food still.  This projector would really help the food situation much at all, but it would be a really nice break from reality, and give the customers more to look at and hopefully boost business and probably get me a raise, considering that 7.25 doesn't really get you anywhere.

In light of getting this projector, I will advertise Linus Media Group and LG for their gracious gift and nreccomend people to check you out.  I am really looking forward to having even a slight chance of getting this amazing projector.
