You could save a bit of money and get a MSI Krait Gaming or AsRock Z170 Pro4. Yes I see you said you do not plan on overclocking but I highly suggest you do, with your CPU and a Z170 mobo it is a matter of changing a few numbers. You can almost for certain get a 4GHz OC in a matter of a few seconds.

Also, don't get the GTX 970. Wait for the RX 480 if you want that kind of performance, it will be $70 less and be a bit better than the GTX 970. The 480 comes out in 2 days.

If you want to save more money get a 650w EVGA GS or G2 or GQ, just as reliable and will save you some more money.

But why. Just get an i5-4460 for this but even then there are plenty of things you left out that could also save some money. Also, I suggest 16GBs of RAM. If you are both gaming and have plenty of tabs open in chrome/firefox ect along with RAM hog windows, it is helpful.

Waiting 2 days for a RX 480 ect.

Why when you can get a i5-4460 and a RX 460 when it releases which would whoop its ass for the same price? Your build makes no sense.

Completely aware that an RX 480 is a bit much for these games, but all of these games have been out for some time and don't see them lasting long.

Also going off of experience, before I upgraded my old prebuilt A6-3650 system, I played Flash Games, Minecraft and very very low demanding games like Game Dev Tycoon, Plague Inc ect, Now that I have the power it is more more and more.
