Best Capture Card for 1080p60FPS

I don't really know what section this should go under because I'm new to the forums, but my friend is looking to stream Super Smash Bros for the Wii U. I was looking at the Elgato Game Capture HD60 but it didn't say whether or not it could stream at that resolution so I didn't want him to buy it. He's looking for something under $150. Any recommendations?

The HD60 can stream 1080p60. If you're looking for something else, AverMedia's Live Gamer HD or Live Gamer Portable is good too.

I have one of these Avermedia LiveGamerPortables & it will do 720p 60fps, but only 1080p 30fps, not 60fps.

 

Read/Watch reviews on the Elgato 60fps capture devices, they off at least 60fps @ 1080p

Maximums - Asus Z97-K /w i5 4690 Bclk @106.9Mhz * x39 = 4.17Ghz, 8GB of 2600Mhz DDR3,.. Gigabyte GTX970 G1-Gaming @ 1550Mhz
