cooling fan in the PC

i have 4 fan in my PC and a CPU fan that makes it 5 fan...

so now on my motherboard only have 2 3pin fan port and 1 4pin fan for cpu..

i use 3pin splitter for 4 fan is that posible? or it can be problem for power or the motherboard? 

or shot i buy a power supply 4 pin molex cable splitter?
