Xeon e3-1231v3 vs e3-1231v3b

I was on Amazon the other day, and was looking at the Xeon e3-1231v3. I'm likely to upgrade to it in the near future, but I saw there was an e3-1231v3b that was cheaper. Is there any difference in the two processors? The price difference is significant, so I would like to know if I'm going to regret buying the cheaper one

Different price might come from different sellers. Both of them are retail packages according to the cpu code BX...
