Wierd computer issue going on lately...

So, recently, I have been playing a lot of Overwatch with no issues whatsoever. Running smooth 90-100 fps on my 980 Ti. However, last week, I started having a framerate issue. I cracked open my PC and re-plugged in the power cords going to my GPU and that did the trick. But now, today, I am having the same issue again. I once again opened up my chasse and re-plugged in my GPU cables, as well as ALL the cables going to my power supply, but that hasn't done the trick. My GPU gets a little warm when playing Overwatch, but not overheating (No pun intended). In the MAIN SCREEN of Overwatch I was having this issue. I also lowered down the graphics settings, and restarted my computer multiple times. This has effected all of my games, some more than others. I honestly don't know what to do at this point. Any ideas?

If needed, here are my specs-

i7-5930k

Gigabyte GeForce GTX 980 Ti WINDFORCE

16 GB Kingston HyperX Fury Black

ASRock X99 Extreme4

Corsair H100i GTX

EVGA SuperNova

2TB SeaGate Barracuda

120GB SanDisk SSD+

Fractal Design Define R4

Please help. If there is anything I can do other than buying a new graphics card (Don't have the money right now to buy one), I will do it.

What kind of temps are you seeing right now?

Please spend as much time writing your question, as you want me to spend responding to it.  Take some time, and explain your issue, please!

My CPU gets into the mid 40's, and my GPU is around 79-80ish degrees Celsius.

Are only games affected? Like nothing else is weird?  If that is the case, I suspect the GPU may be dying a slow death but that's just a guess. Might need to send that baby in for RMA.

I'm going to suggest that you UNDERCLOCK your video card.  By about 10%.  Report back with your findings.

Please spend as much time writing your question, as you want me to spend responding to it.  Take some time, and explain your issue, please!

I decreased by 100 MHz, and I'm still getting about 20 fps. Should I go lower?

Make sure you decrease the clock speed AS WELL as the power settings.

Please spend as much time writing your question, as you want me to spend responding to it.  Take some time, and explain your issue, please!
