Nope.

 

But you can get a dual GPU card such as an R9 390X2 or Titan Z.

Athlon X2 for only 27.31$   Best part lists at different price points   Windows 1.01 running natively on an Eee PC

a single 1080 can do 4k 60fps on ultra on almost all games

so yes, you can easily buying a mitx rig that can do that

most mitx cases support a GPU

1080 is also the best GPU for 1440p 144Hz :)
