Its my case fans:

 Cooling system
Front: 2 - 120/140mm fans (included is 1 Fractal Design silent 120mm fan, 1200 RPM speed)
Rear: 1 - 120mm fan (included is 1 Fractal Design silent 120mm fan, 1200 RPM speed)

Is it enough for good airflow?

Your fans look fine, and your CPU is probably fine. But a list of products doesn't actually tell us much.

The only way to make an educated decision about whether or not you need a new CPU cooler is your maximum load temperatures using your current cooler. I'm shocked no one has asked yet.

Hello members,

Should i buy CPU cooler for locked i5-4590? My case is  FD Core 2500 ATX MID TWR.

I would just because I hate the stock coolers, but you don't need anything crazy unless you want it for looks

I wouldn't bother. Stock haswell cooler had no issue for me and wasn't particularly loud either. Maybe as an upgrade but i wouldn't factor it in to a starting budget.

I would buy one for better accoustics and for the sheer looks of it... (And if you want to have low temps...)

You could get a small performance boost as the CPU would be cooler and CPU boost would kick in more often

I guess if you wanted to get a quieter cpu cooler than the stock, but as mentioned above, the stock cooler isn't that loud. But keep in mind, that's all preference.

An aftermarket cooler isn't needed for a locked chip unless wherever you live reaches uncivilized temperatures or you have poor case airflow. The stock cooler isn't that loud when it doesn't ramp up but if you find that it bothers you then most aftermarket coolers would fix that problem as they would be quieter. If you live somewhere where it's available the Cryorig H7 is a fantastic cooler and a better choice than the 212 Evo from Cooler Master as it performs better, looks better, has a higher build quality, and has much better mounting hardware and should be the same price as the 212 depending on where you live. If the H7 isn't available then the 212 would work fine as well.

As someone who has the exact same locked CPU as you and was in the exact same situation a while ago, I would say no for the time being as you can't see it without a window and if you set up a fan curve in the BIOS, it is near inaudible over other fans and/or your GPU unless under great load.

If you really want one for marginally lower temps, or if you find that it is very loud constantly, you could buy a cheap quiet one like the 212 evo as others have already recommended.

It's truly up to you. If you want to buy a different one or do a closed water cooling loop you could. The stock cooler is fine though!

I'm afraid of CPU's burn. If stock cooler is enough to stay with temperatures where CPU can't burn i will stay with stock cooler.

If your case has really terrible airflow, the stock cooler could—conceivably—be performing poorly enough to justify an upgrade. Look at your temperature readings at load and see how hot it's actually getting.

My guess is that a cooler upgrade is not actually needed. But if it were me, I'd probably do it just for aesthetics.

A CPU cooler might allow it to turbo higher, on more cores, for longer. So, yes.

I would not spend more than $50 on one though. It also should last you if/when you upgrade to a new CPU.

Generally speaking, you don't "need" a better cooler than the stock Intel one. But I always recommend a better aftermarket cooler just because they are quieter and do keep the CPU a bit cooler.

A basic CM Hyper T2/T3/101/103 or similar is more than adequate. No need for a Hyper 212 or an AIO water cooler.
