I need to make a digital work of art with a certain resolution. Microsoft paint seems fine but it is hard to work on it and when any slight error is made, it seems impossible to change it without having to erase tons of work. Is there any free program out there with tools like microsoft paint, change resolution to your liking, have like an overview graph so my art is in precise locations, easy to use and move around things?
