I'm wondering how to raise my upload speed. I just did a Network test     33Ping  Download Speed 13.05    Upload Speed .55 :(

wifi doesnt have anything to do with upload speed directly, its only a max troughput cap, which from the looks of the download speed isnt the issue here.

 

on topic: get a higher internet plan, or ask about your provider's buisiness plans if you have dollah dollah bills or are prepared to minmax cost :P

1) use an ethernet cable instead of wifi

 

2) pay your ISP more

that with no data cap + 2 phone lines (2GB unlimited calls and texts) for around 80€

I said that because no matter how much money you through at Comcast there will always be data caps Comcast is also very expensive
