I don't know about Cryorig's but Arctic Silver is crap. Get Arctic MX4.

or just get Noctua NT-H1 paste. It is among one of the better pastes out there, and its like 5-7 bucks topps at Amazon.

I have seen one review of CRYO paste or whatever its called, and it was within 1c or 2c of the Noctua paste.
